Driver Verification

Sakay Nata reserves the right to review, verify, suspend, or reject any driver account based on the license, vehicle, and supporting information submitted during registration. Drivers may not toggle availability ("Vacant") until their account has been verified by an administrator.

Passenger Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup locations.
• Treat drivers respectfully.
• Follow applicable transportation regulations.

Limitation of Liability

Sakay Nata acts as a technology platform connecting passengers and drivers. Transportation services are provided by independent drivers, and Sakay Nata is not liable for incidents occurring during rides beyond the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
