A "Verified" badge indicates that a driver's submitted license, plate, and supporting documents were reviewed by a Sakay Nata administrator. It does not constitute a guarantee of driver conduct, vehicle roadworthiness, or ride safety. Passengers are still encouraged to exercise their own judgment and follow the safety reminders in this Disclaimer.
While Sakay Nata strives to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee that a driver will always be available or that every ride request will be accepted.
